Writing & Communication
Keep audience, voice, and document standards in one place so summaries, changelogs, and technical posts stay consistent.
Grok Remote MCP
Add Knotr as a remote HTTP MCP server in Grok. Run grok mcp add --transport http knotr https://knotr.ai/mcp/v1, then sign in. Briefs worth keeping can live on as a link you can open later. There is no separate Grok connection.
Setup takes a minute after you create a profile. Open Integrations → MCP.
Knotr in Grok, not a generic feature list.
Load your Knotr profile in Grok so the session follows your voice and the knowledge you already trust.
The workflows you already keep in Knotr are ready in Grok after you connect. You do not rebuild them there.
Ask Grok to save a brief or page as a Knotr artifact. Group several into a Collection when you want one link someone can walk through in order.
Exemplary steps only. After you sign up, Integrations has the real connect buttons for this profile.
In Grok, run grok mcp add --transport http knotr https://knotr.ai/mcp/v1. OAuth opens in the browser on first use. You can also set url to https://knotr.ai/mcp/v1 under mcp_servers in ~/.grok/config.toml. Grok also loads MCP servers from ~/.claude.json, .cursor/mcp.json, and project .mcp.json files. There is no separate Grok connection.
After you sign in, Grok can use your profile, the skills you share, and the notes you attached. It can also save a brief or page you want to keep.
Pair Grok with a workspace tuned to how you work.
