Simple setup

  1. Sign up and create a profile.
  2. Open that profile, go to Integrations, and choose Gemini.
  3. Copy the generated instructions.
  4. In Gemini, open Settings → Personal Intelligence → Instructions for Gemini, paste the text, and save.

Gemini cannot use Knotr skills, search your knowledgebases, or save artifacts from the Gemini app. Instructions only.

What travels with you

Only the instruction text you paste. Skills, live profile loading, and saving artifacts stay with connected tools. You can still open a Knotr link in any browser. Copy a fresh block after you edit the profile.

Can Gemini use my Knotr skills?
Not today. Gemini has no live connection. Use Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, or another connected client for skills, search, and saved work.
Will pasted instructions stay in sync automatically?
No. Copy the block again after you change the profile. That is the honest tradeoff until Gemini supports a live connector.
Can Gemini save Knotr artifacts?
No. Gemini cannot save artifacts from the app. Anyone can still open a Knotr link in the browser. To keep a Gemini draft, paste it into Knotr or ask a connected tool to save it.
Why list Gemini at all?
Many people still live in Gemini for everyday chat. Knotr can seed those chats with your persona even when the deeper connection is unavailable.
